Hello West Fork Cabin Camp Friends,

We hope you all had a fantastic holiday season. We want to thank everyone for helping us make 2021 a successful year. We experienced our first “hoot owl”, dealt with the Goose Fire, and had some unseasonably warm weather. Now that 2022 is here, we have begun to start thinking of our upcoming season. Many of you have already made reservations for this year, but if not, we’d advise making them soon as we are looking to have another busy season. Contact us now to check availability. The 2023 season is also open for reservations, and we will begin taking reservations for 2024 on Jan. 1, 2023.

The West Fork will be having some price increases on our accommodations this year. Our RV sites have not had a price increase since 2011. Our cabins saw a small increase 4 years ago. Due to this amount of time, inflation, our current economy and some other factors, a cost increase is necessary. The following rates will apply to all reservations for 2022.

Single Queen Cabins: $110 per night
Double Queen Cabins: $120 per night
2 Room Cabins: $135 per night
Deluxe Cabin #11: $135 per night
RV sites: $50 per night
RV sites (June, July, August): $1000 per month
RV sites (September): $700
Tent sites: $20 per night

Please note a few other policy changes: For those guests with a permanent RV site, September will no longer be considered a storage month even if you are not staying at the camp, but May will continue to be one. The West Fork will continue to have pet friendly cabins, but will have a $10 per night fee per pet.  We will also change our check-in time until 2 pm to allow our camp managers a little more time to clean before your arrival.

We are reluctant to make these changes, but feel it’s imperative as we try to maintain and make upgrades to the West Fork. We also felt it was very important to make these announcements in January and give everyone plenty of notice.  As the owners, we were able to spend a lot of time at camp this year and make friends with many of our guests. We realize these increases may possibly change your plans. Please let us know as soon as possible if they do.

We wish everyone a successful and happy spring. We also hope for a cold winter leaving lots of snowpack for healthy Madison River water flows in the spring!

Best Regards,
Chance and Tanya Allen
